We are a family business which focuses on superior bespoke cabinetry & exceptional customer service, we are a one-stop-shop offering a unique service to all of our clients.

We talk to our clients & take the time to understand their project goals, so we are able to design a beautiful kitchen & other joinery pieces to suit their home & family.

We custom design, in-house manufacture, install & complete all trade work (even structural if need be). We project manage every project from start to finish, to ensure our clients have a stress-free renovation.

Yes, we love to support our local community!

  • We support our local high schools year 12 wood working classes (e.g. Oakhill College at Castle Hill, Kellyville high school, Cumberland high school at Carlingford) in letting them visit our factory & showroom to visually see the machinery, processes & management of a medium sized manufacturer.
  • We allow students to undertake a two-week work experience program in our factory, prior to finishing school, where students can see if the cabinet making industry is right for them, before making the decision to join the workforce.
  • We also employ 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th year apprentices, to teach them the skills they require in the industry, and supporting them during their TAFE education.
  • Over the years, Sheree (Director) has held multiple fundraisers for the Cancer Council, as well as selling pink ribbons and cutting her hair for ‘Pantene beautiful lengths’ to donate for real hair wigs to support women with cancer.
  • We also donate yearly to Camp quality through Caesarstone’s annual support campaign.
  • We were a main sponsor for Better Homes and Gardens LIVE in 2012.
  • On multiple occasions Sheree has been featured in local newspapers to encourage women to take part and be confident in male dominated industries (see our media page for articles).
  • We have donated many of our exhibition displays and ex-showroom displays to outback Australian community halls in need of new kitchens.

Further to this, where we can, we support other local businesses in and around our community. From local tool shops, handle suppliers, hardware stores, security, technology and more.

Yes, we provide a free quote.

Free onsite consultations are for full kitchen renovations only, plus additional areas. If you require a quote for any other areas alone, you will need to send through a sketch or plan to info@kitchensbyemanuel.com.au and we will send you back a preliminary quote.

Our consultation process starts with an onsite visit. One of our designers will make a time with you to discuss your project at your house, they will take wall measurements & get an idea of what layout & style we should design for you, as well as discuss your wants and needs from the kitchen. (This generally takes about 30 minutes).

Our designer will then prepare a detailed quote, as well as a plan, elevations & 3D CAD drawings.

Once this is ready, our designer will book in a meeting in our showroom with you, so you can view your plans & discuss your quote, as well as show you what you have been quoted on in our showroom.

From this second meeting, you can proceed with Kitchens by Emanuel by paying a deposit, or you can take your time and think about it. If adjustments need to be made to the plan or quote, we will do so as many times until you are satisfied, all free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not hand out our plan/elevation/3D drawings unless a deposit is paid.
  • Once a deposit is paid, you can still change layout, colour, style & materials.
  • The quote can still change after a deposit is made, if items are added in or removed from the project.

We manage every project from start to finish to ensure our clients have a seamless, stress-free renovation.

All clients work directly with Sheree & her team, so any questions which arise during the renovation process are dealt with & handled promptly.

All cabinetry produced by us is custom made so pricing is dependent on size, materials & the scope of work required for your individual needs.

This varies depending on the extent of your renovation e.g. flooring, structural building work etc. However, from project commencement, an average kitchen renovation will take between 2-4 weeks.

Cabinetry manufacture takes between 4-6 weeks (depending on the scope of work).

Yes, we can organise your trade services.

    • Electrical (Disconnect, Rough in & Re-connect)
    • Ducting (Disconnect, Rough in & Re-connect)
    • Plastering (Cornice & general wall patching)
    • Building (KBE can undertake various building works, however if an extensive amount of building work is required, KBE can refer experienced local builders.)

If you already have tradespeople appointed in your project, we can work alongside them (e.g. you can use your own plumber & electrician).

We do not limit our clients to any brands, colours or finishes. However, we only offer premium materials, choosing not to supply low quality materials.

We offer our complimentary interior design services to all clients, to ensure they are selecting the right materials, colours & finishes to suit their project & budget.

No, clients are not required to be home for the renovation. Majority of our clients provide us with access so we can complete the renovation whilst they are at work or away etc.

We do not recommend nor offer kitchen make overs.

Our payment options are Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque & EFTPOS (standard surcharges apply, AMEX is not accepted).

Yes, we have free parking in front of our office/showroom & factory.

Yes, our cabinetry is Australian made in our Castle Hill factory.

Our cabinetry is constructed using Australian made, COC certified HMR & MDF board, to ensure we are environmentally friendly.

Made by our highly skilled cabinet makers, with care, precision & attention to detail, our cabinetry is made for each individual project - meaning we do not mass produce our cabinetry. It is custom made locally, for you.

No, we do not manufacture these items, however we organise these services with our reputable stone masons & glaziers for our clients, as part of our service.

We provide our clients with a 10-year guarantee on our kitchens, as well as pass on the guarantee of the products & materials used in each project.

The level of customer service exceeds after sales. Our clients can rest easy knowing they can call at any time to book in a service call for any adjustments that may need doing after installation.

Yes, we supply Kleenmaid appliances & a range of quality sinks & taps.

However, if our clients are after any other brands, they are more than welcome to purchase these, and we will fit & install them.

We are aware of the environmental impact that our industry has, so we do as much as we can do reduce our footprint:

  • We are an 80% paperless office
  • We use COC certified HMR & MDF board throughout all of our cabinetry (and many of our other specialty board hold the Global Green Tag)
  • We recycle old appliances & scrap metal products from kitchen removals

We are continually developing our building skills and techniques in order to decrease material waste and costs. This allows us to keep up with market trends in both design and productivity.

Yes, we supply a plan, elevation & 3D CAD computer drawing once a deposit is paid.

We explain and show these to our clients in our showroom, however these cannot be provided till a deposit has been paid.

Yes, we can provide you with a quote from your building plans.
